Note: Your Mobile Wallet and your Visa Card carry unique balances. Money can be moved from the Mobile Wallet to your Visa Card and vice versa for free and in real-time. This is completed to further protect the security of your account.

You can access and manage your account from anywhere in the world through our secure data application available in both the Apple Store as well as the Google Play Store.

Now that you have successfully activated your Mobile Wallet account, your next step is to link load methods to your account and load funds.

Checking / Savings Account: If you have a U.S. bank account, you can link one or many accounts to your Mobile Wallet account. Attaching a U.S. bank account will allow you to load funds to your Mobile Wallet account as well as offload funds to your bank account.

Checking withdrawals usually take 1-2 banking days to clear. Loads take 3-4 banking days to clear. All loads and offload will be charged: $0.50

Linking Credit Cards: If you have a credit card, you can link one or many credit cards to your Mobile Wallet account. Once you add your credit card information, the system will charge 2 micro payments on your credit card. The amounts are randomized and will vary from $.01 to $.15. Once you see these amounts on your credit card account, simply log back into your Mobile Wallet account or data application, click on the account tab and navigate to the Verify Micro Transactions screen where you will be instructed to enter those 2 micro transaction amounts. Once verified, the system will successfully link your Mobile Wallet account to your credit card and you will be able to load funds instantly. All credit card loads are charged a $0.50 fee to process the transaction.
